22 AAI Members Named AAAS Fellows

AAI congratulates the following members on being named 2021 Fellows of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). This honor recognizes those whose efforts on behalf of the advancement of science or its applications in service to society have distinguished them among their peers and colleagues. Since 1874, AAAS has annually honored scientists and others across wide-ranging disciplines for accomplishments including pioneering research, leadership within their field, teaching and mentoring, fostering collaborations, and advancing public understanding of science. AAAS Fellows are selected from 24 disciplines corresponding with the association’s 24 scientific and engineering sections.
